Go to the link above to download the Chrono Forms.

Click into the ChronoForms J1.5 Files area.

1. Click into the Component Sub-folder.
   1. Click into the ChronoForms_V3.1_RC5.5.zip file area
   2. Click on the Download button.
   3. Save this file to your desktop. We suggest you create a folder called Joomla.
   4. In your administrator back end of your website:
   5. Click into Extensions
   6. Click into Install/Uninstall
   7. Under Upload Package File click on Browse
   8. Browse to the Desktop Joomla folder you created in step 3
   9. Open the file ChronoForms_V3.1_RC5.5.zip (Click file, Click on Open)
   10. Now click on Upload File & Install.
   11. It should come back with a successful install page.
2. Go back to the ChronoForms J1.5 Files area.
3. Click into the Plugin-Mambot Sub-folder
   1. Under  the ChronoForms_Plugin_V3.1_RC5.2.zip file area
   2. Click on the Download button.
   3. Save this file to your desktop. We suggest you create a folder called Joomla.
   4. In your administrator back end of your website:
   5. Click into Extensions
   6. Click into Install/Uninstall
   7. Under Upload Package File click on Browse
   8. Browse to the Desktop Joomla folder you created in step 3
   9. Open the file ChronoForms_Plugin_V3.1_RC5.2.zip (Click file, Click on Open)
   10. Now click on Upload File & Install.
   11. It should come back with a successful install page.
4. Go back to the ChronoForms J1.5 Files area.
5. Click into the Modules Sub-folder
   1. Under  the mod_chronocontact_V3.1_RC5.2.zip file area
   2. Click on the Download button.
   3. Save this file to your desktop. We suggest you create a folder called Joomla.
   4. In your administrator back end of your website:
   5. Click into Extensions
   6. Click into Install/Uninstall
   7. Under Upload Package File click on Browse
   8. Browse to the Desktop Joomla folder you created in step 3
   9. Open the file mod_chronocontact_V3.1_RC5.2.zip (Click file, Click on Open)
   10. Now click on Upload File & Install.
   11. It should come back with a successful install page.

You have now installed Crono Forms.

You will see the ChronoForms as a menu item under Components.
And under Extensions and Module Manager you will find ChronoForms

Re: CAPTCHA Issue [SOLVED]

The above link solved my problem with Captcha and Chronoforms:

1. Anti-Spam,
   1. Use Image verification: YES
   2. What type of image to show ? With Fonts
   3. At first I did not see a Sample Image.
2. Validation,
   1. Enable Validation: YES
   2. That was about all I changed here.
3. Made sure I had a Captcha on the form with: {imageverification}
4. in my case still could not see the Captcha.
5. Found out that Fantastico had set the /public_html/components dir to chmod 777
6. Needed to change this in cPanel to chmod 755
7. Once I did this all fixed.
